If a user tries to download an archive member -- either by Ctrl+D from the built-in archive viewer or (D)ownload from prompt #304 -- and doesn't fulfil the "Download ACS", "DL Unvalidated" ACS (if the file is unvalidated) or the "DL Failed" ACS (if the file has failed scanning), would it be possible for Mystic to display prompt #224?

Otherwise the user might think that something is broken (as nothing appears to happen).
