They're still there. The problem is they need an issue or a candidate to 
coalesce around. Bob Dole doesn't want to be that candidate and there 
hasn't been a defining issue in the last two years. That, BTW, is part 
of the downside of a compromise on the Terrorism Bill.
We need that coalition back together again, but I don't see an issue and 
the only candidate that's even a possibility is Harry Browne.
