Yes, both the PostTextFile in MUTIL and also the PostTextFile menu command within the BBS should allow you to post to netmail messages.  Mystic will figure out the rest just set the addr to who you want to send it to and it should (hopefully) do the rest for you.

You would want to change "file1_to" to "g00r00" do not put the address there. And then set file1_addr to "1:129/215".  And of course your baseidx needs to point to a Netmail base.

I probably should have made it "toaddr" instead of just "addr" to make it a little clearer as to what that addr option is supposed to do.  Its the "To" address for Netmail.
