Lee, there's a version of the SDP for non-commercial developers that's
a lot easier to qualify for and I think it gets you web access to the
whole DEVCON selection - at least thru the member level, but I think it
may give full access.  

I can empathize with the 2AM bit - when I needed the UDB 5 SDK for
both NT and OS/2 at about that time.  That covered the cost of the
whole program (discounted) at one pass!
