You will have to look at the documentation itself but it is it is
explicitly declared to establish a "TCP/IP network through a Windows
com port". I read everything available from pcmicro.com and found
nothing to indicate that one could use this with ADSL.

You can play with it but MS-Kermit can't find the Windows 2000 stack and I
have not yet found a way of installing a DOS stack which will co-exist with
the Win2K stack. The last time I tried it (with Arachne) resulted in
instant lockup.

For whatever reason, our systems people would rather install Win2K than XP
Pro. I imagine that they would not mind NT4.0 but that eliminates the use
of USB.
