I've gotta give credit... I got this from "Tightwad Gazette"
1 c Plaster of Paris (don't pack down)
almost 1/2 c cool water
Liquid tempera (Powdered tempera supposedly makes brighter colors)
Pour P of P into a container. Stir in most of the water. Add 2 to 3
TBSP tempera, mix well. Add a little more water so the mixture
thickens, stir well. Pour into molds.
Be creative with molds-- paper cups, muffin tins, toilet paper rolls,
Play-dough shapes, manicotti noodles, whatever!!
