From: Gary Britt A version of TZEdit for Win2K comes with the Win2K resource kit. Those files might now be downloadable for free from Microsoft now, you can get the XP and Win2003 Server resource kit files as a free download from Microsoft I know for sure. I don't know if the Win98 version of TZEdit will work on Win2K but a quick test might reveal if it will. I have both versions and the Win2K version is about 6 months newer than the Win98 version. The version number of TZEdit for Win98 is 1.01 and it jumps to 5.XXXX for the Win2K version.
