Peter i have just what you want i'd say, as i have a zyxell u-1496s+ modem
for sale, it does speeds up to 19200zyx, voice/fax modes, the voice mode is
very good as i have used it as an answering machine before, it will handle
fax/data or voice/fax modes and has an lcd display so you can see what
connect speeds are.
