subject: The 000 country phone num

Hi! Bj”rn,

On 25 Jun 18 00:50, you wrote to you:

What's the prefix for? I used to use a 0015 prefix to get international fax
lines, in FrontDoor, BinkleyTerm & Radius. With the last two mailers, I
converted the 000-based nodelistings' phone numbers to a known recorded voice
message (RVM) service.

I can't get past a RVM "Your call could not be connected...". Now what?

Maybe they did, and couldn't see the sense in reporting back.

Cheers,
Paul.
