Hopefully yes!  I am not sure about the mixture.  See the other messages 
about running rich etc.  I did correct timing.  The head gaskets are new and 
the heads were machined, and the torquing was done to specs and redone after 
running a while.  Probably not a crached head or block.  The heads were 
magnafluxed when they were machined.
