I thought about Bloat, I have been raising various kinds of Freshwater 
Aquarium fish since I was in Highschool. (70's) and the Koi in question has a 
similar look. I did do a dumb thing, I fed them with a spring/Fall food the 
other day. I think maybe it ate all of it!! ???? :>
