Hi,

Well, I think I would hop directly to Win. Vista Home Premium. There is
Aero possibility on this one, it has Mobility centar for laptops (not sure
about Baisc).
In overall, easier Backup/Restore, VIM_s, better Power Management, booting,
some memory functions you could use. MEdia Centar, Scheuled
Defrags/Backups.. etc.

I would use Premium for not much of a cost.
