Remember that new users see the Rookie.mec file the first couple of times 
that they call.... What I did was edit Rookie.mec to just say 
[link]misc\welcome
and then edit the Newuser2.mec file and assign the key for unvalidate 
ere...
Then in your welcome.mec just do:
[ifkey]? [link]misc\callback
