wHich if I ask in a fidonet echo, I usually do, this way I can build a
proper file request in one fell swoop and get it over with.
AT least, that was the way I operated when most everybody was pots only, as
am I. I'd also make sure I asked for a site in zone 1, preferrably within
the U.S. borders.
IF asking on the internet, I usually ask about an ftp site, and request
that the directory path be provided if known. tHis way I can build an
automated get for the file I need.
I happen to like to do such things as file transfers etc. when I"m not
going to be around. Makes life easier, and the automation makes that
happen.

Richard
... Amazing how much tape is on a 10" reel when it's not.
