I'll take the offer of the video :)

I wonder if I can get linux (ubuntu) to work with modem in my laptop. I've been
reading stuff about it, but it's a older I7 laptop (HP elitebook 8570p) with a
built in modem. Would be cool if I could use my laptop to connect/test my BBS
modems (if I get that far).  This modem is a agere HDR modem. never heard of it
myself but it looks like it was popular in a few older Dell laptops too
