The question then becomes are CCW permits considered "...public acts,
records, and judicial proceedings...."?
Remember that drivers licenses are not recognized by constitutional
rule, but by an agreement signed by the states some years back.
Other licenses, Medicine, Law, Hairdressers, etc are not recognised as a
matter of course, but only based on an agreement between the two states.
Personally, I think this is something the lawyers are going to have to
argue in court. It looks to me like the answer depends on what part of the
constitution you read.
