   Then they'll have learned something new.
 
   Indeed, it should go on to advise them (if it doesn't already) that 
accurate time may not be possible deep inside buildings, or other places the 
signal can't reach the radio. Otherwise, you'll have customers wondering why 
it doesn't work in the sub-basement of the World Trade Center, or some such. 
(They may anyway, but RS will have covered themselves. Remember, RTFM.)
