1) It's "fallacy" (just helping you out there).
2) Tim is in the wrong echo complaining about something that doesn't exist
in this echo.
3) He is choosing by his own free will to make an ass out of himself due to
his ignorance.
4) Free speech does not exist in Fidonet.  You are keen to make that point
unless it can work in your favor, as you are trying to so now.
5) No one cares.  It's bad enough that Tim is trolling, but to do so in the
wrong echo and continually should have been a red flag for you, but in your
froth to try to get Janis into trouble in any way possible, you lose sight
of the facts (that have never really mattered for you) and instead act like
Don Quixote.

By the way, this is Janis' echo so she can do as she pleases.  You seem to
forget that too.
