Irex has i built in event timer, and can run a batch file to do all your inbound & outbound mail needs. Let me know if you need a hand setting it up.. Coolmax ----- Original Message ----- From: CW Gordon To: EleBBS Sent: Friday, March 03, 2006 2:47 PM Subject: EleBBS: Sending messages via FidoNet * EleBBS Support List This is probably a long-ago answered question, but this is the first time it's popped up here. I have a user (yeah, I actually got ONE) who wants to send and receive messages via Fido, but since I'm running strictly telnet with no boot file (like I had with RA), I cannot send messages when they are posted via the board (no errorlevels, etc). The only way I can get messages out is via GoldEd, and that is manually. Advice? Options? _______________________________________________________________ --- Internet Rex 2.29* Origin: The gateway at The Snake (2:280/4312.101) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 280/4312 774/605 123/500 106/2000 633/267 |
