I have a pet budgie and he usually gets a visti to the vet twice a
year to get his wings and nails clipped. This year, we didn't get a
chance to bring hime before the cold weather set in. I don't like to
transport the bird to the vet in the cold because I'm always afraid
that the very short time from the door to the warm car may still be
harmfull.
 I noticed that his nails are really long and  very curved. Can this
create a problem if I wait till the spring?
