     I've no idea just what is happening, but message flow has been rather 
erratic.  I do wonder though - our net here recently went through a lengthy 
stretch of changes in distribution (and too many of those with next to no 
advance warning).  If it were not just an isolated phenomenon but happening a 
lot of other places, too, that might account for it...
