I did dry some orange slices, and they turned out well.  I just started
drying some lemon slices!  I think they will do well too.

I don't have a dehydrator; I just lay them out on cardboard, and turn
them once or twice a day.

Hey, I forgot about that!  I just bought some apples, too...the ones I
dried before were just cut side to side.  I have some pears that are
really crunchy, I may try one...
