All depends upon the course it travels, I'd think, Larry.  Any relay point
that strips messages could cause it.  By uploading directly to a list server
there is a likely pass on, whereas going thru an older BBS relay could cause
problems.  The best resource is to just use plain text in origin and not
have to worry about the routing.
