   I don't know how you start your binkd, but here I have a DOS window reading
D:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe in the top bar.

   And all files, other than binkd.cfg, is automatically found by binkd in it's
current directory.

   Isn't this a storm in a glass of water?
