I have a letter from John Wayne.  It was to a family friend in response to 
correspondence about some land for sale here in Washington.  It is on his 
personal stationary.  It is signed by him also.  Dated too.  I have no idea 
what something like this is worth, is there a John Wayne collector out there 
that might be interested in this?  And if so, how much would you like to pay? 
  I am pretty open here.  It's just a cool piece of paper to me.
Oh and it is in an envelope, personalized with his name too.
