This is TRUMPWORLD we are talking about.  As The Donald explained
this morning, he needs 60 votes in the Senate to do what he wants.
And he can never get enough votes because Democrats won't let him.
So you see.  It really is all Obama's fault.  And Hillary's fault.
And Schumer's fault.  And Pelosi's fault.  And never his fault.
