No, you need a phone. THEN you have to worry about what the police will

until they got EVERYBODY face down, too often.
Sorry, I've been there. I've been shot at three times in my life..once I 
ran like a beast...once I stood my ground...and once I shot back. EVERY 
TIME...the perp got away and _I_ got arrested...then released. Why? 
Because I didn't run. Because _I_ was attacked!. THAT is justice?
I don't call the police anymore. I just do what I need to do to defend 
my space...then I call an ambulance. That works better.
And I've done THAT twice. It worked. Perp caught...ME the victor. 
One was a house burglar, one was an assault.
