   Windows Vista Ultimate has all the features of the Home Premium and =
Business products plus Ultimate Extras that are downloadable.  It = doesn't
have components like PowerShell that are not part of any = product. 
PowerShell isn't part of Windows Vista any edition.  It's a = free download
for Windows Vista, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003.  = Anyone that
wants it can have it.
