You make the block for the winner and continue participating each 
month.  One month you will be the lucky winner at which time you
may choose what you want to receive.  At the end of that month you
choose a winner.  Then you continue making blocks, and sending them,
for the new winners. You will be chosen again as the winner months 
later.  The winner of the QBE this month is Holly Sullivan and she
wants a 12 1/2" block (unfinished measurements) in blues and whites
done in any pattern you wish to do it in.  You can get her address
