Thanks for your idea but screen is blinking when I have only 6 buttons. So 
amount of buttons does not matter. I am sure now I have made some child's 
mistake.

Probably it is the only way to solve the problem. The last attempt before 
start with WinSpector: I will try to understend what is the difference 
between TButton and TMyButton examples.
