Um, I get an error saying that the compressed files are corrupted...  I'd
love to be able to have my ftp back up with bbs user access instead of from
irex.

Scott little did the fixes for the longfilenames and also the eleserv
FTP to have downloads working and also resume... Scott's done some very
useful fixes over the last few years...

I put this to false because I'm not sure at what point it may break if
you have a long directory name + a longfilename... less likely to break
with just a filename... That's my only reasoning...
