I'm not too concern about the platform and AD so much, I am concerned a wee
bit about logons.   I need to get all of those user accounts
setup.  I don't have so many I couldn't do it from scratch, maybe that's
for the best?

Let's say I set it up as a new domain, I could have have it on the same
physical network and migrate users to it on my own sweet time without
conflicts?
