Now that we're at it, sorta, how do you justify copying messages from the
FIDONEWS and FTSC_PUBLIC echoes? Have you received permission from the relevant
moderators/editors?
 
Think about it, material in FIDONEWS is under the clause that it must be made
available to sysops. That clause is not diminished by copying content (probably
without asking) of the FIDONEWS-domain into the FIDOGAZETTE domain, hence
FIDOGAZETTE must be made available to all too.
