Next thing Ryan is going to say that doing blood tests on new prisoners
isnt acceptable either, even though last week it caught rapist that had
been lost for 9 years, now on top of his orginal crime, he has another
2 life terms + 25 years with no possablity of parole EVER. Only took a
week for this to go to trial, and only 1/2 an hour to convict him. But
i suppose it wasnt acceptable to Ryan becauyse the man was black, even
though prisons to blood tests to everyone, white black green and purple.
