Yes that was problem as i wrote. Anyway I had to replace it back to 1.18 :( I 
still didnt find why but:
    1st handshake times grew up ~50% ( v34 links )
    2nd modem hooked twice and didnt respond until power cycle with 1.18 its 
fine
