I know it may seem early, but here's the 1997 Christmas Ornament
Exchange Signup Form.  There is a lot of information some of you
may not want to send out over the net.  If you are going to
participate in the CHARITY DONATION GROUP, and you want to take a
tax deduction for your donated ornaments, you will need to send a
SASE to me ASAP so I can mail the Donor Forms and special
information sheets to you.  The Signup Form for the exchanges
need to be  filled out and sent to me in the following ways (pick
whichever way you feel the most comfortable with)

1997 Annual Fido Joint Crafting Echos Christmas Ornament
Exchange.
I am not on any of the Crafting Echos' "Bad Lists" that I am
aware of.
I promise to make ornaments and send them out on time to all
members of whichever group(s) I am placed in.  I will remember
that there is someone waiting for an ornament from me.
I realize that for each group I sign up for I will make one
ornament to be donated to the Mary Bridge Children's Hospital
Festival of Trees Charity Auction.
I know that if I want to take a tax deduction for the Donated
Ornaments I need to send a legal size SASE to Anne McReary to
receive the donor forms, no later than September 15, 1997.
I will send all Donated Ornaments with appropriate shipping and
packaging to Anne McReary so they are received no later than
October 1, 1997 for further processing.
I will send all exchange ornaments to the members of my groups no
later than November 15, 1997.
