As I was watching Velocity this week ...

They showed the Smackdown ring colapse with Show & Lesnar .. and I 
noticed that they had re-inforced all three ring ropes at the corner where 
they climbed.  Each rope was about twice the size in diameter for about a 
foot and a half out from the turnbuckle. I don't know what they put there 
but whatever they put there it almost looked like the taped over it with 
duct tape colored the same as the rest of the rope.

Then Velocity showed the Bill DeMott match .. and there was the 
re-inforced ropes for all to see (yes, I already knew Velocity is taped 
befor Smackdown)

It's *really* obvious once you see it and know it's there.
