Tough!
If a customer walks in with a computer on which the password is unknown, the 
customer will be happy to just get it working again, even if it does take a 
few hours.  Usually this takes a few minutes, at most, but if it's a hard 
one, the customer will just have to wait.  At other places around town, the 
customer will hear "leave it here and pick it up tomorrow", even if it just 
actually takes a minute or two to do it.
