Actually, it's an actiontec modem.  I am running a dlink switch, but I'm
starting to doubt that that's the problem as the same thing happens when I
use the local IP (192.168.0.4) on the elebbs box, which shouldn't even go to
the network as it's assigned to the box directly.

I'm assuming its a router box thats running NAT, is it a brand name like
Linksys or D-Llink?  Are you running the lastest firmware they offer?
