I have a video of it withstanding just such an act of nature, but not
because of it's over building but because I chose to build it 2 ft above
driveway level so you go up onto the bridge. Everyone around here thought I
was nuts making it so high till the flood came and they saw it in action
. The rest of the driveway acks as a spillway so the water never reaches
the main span beams.
