I'm inclined to agree.

A wrestling company at the top of its game could probably get away with 
calling one of its less colourful characters "boring" on screen, and have 
a chance of getting a good result out of it.

This, I suspect, will lead to Lance Storm trying to become more 
"interesting" (very likely, given the state of Raw, by forming a tag team 
with Rico) which I fear will fail miserably, leaving Storm as pretty much 
the character he is now.

The difference is that the fans will chant "boring" when he wrestles, 
which can't be good for him, even if he agreed to this.
