wouldn't it be better to use %APPDATA%/FTN/binkd? %APPDATA% because... well, it
is winwhatever... FTN because fidonet is not the only FTN and there are many
folks in other FTNs that are not in fidonet and never will be... FTN covers all
FTNs ;)
