   Automatic updates work fine.  What you need to be an administrator =
for is if you select the option not to have updates installed =
automatically but that you must approve them.  Only an administrator = gets
the approval request.  I can see value in being able to designate = someone
to receive a notification on a pending update though would = encourage you
to use automatic updates.
