Impossible. Think about it. Any attempt to give a vague definition will
only get the government in deeper, but any amount of specificity would breach
national security.

You actually expect somebody to come forward and say, "Topics currently
protected matters of national security include the Aurora jet plane, the spy
network in Moscow, the bugs on the phones in the Iranian embassy, UFOs ...
Be serious. You can go to jail for life for revealing things like that.
