One example of a work-related subsidy is a Randolph-Sheppard 
program vendor's utility bills.  The vendor generally doesn't have 
to pay for his/her utilities; it's considered to be a subsidy and, 
if I remember correctly, can therefore be deducted in the SGA 
calculation.
