1. The moderator's decision is FINAL. No discussion in the echo please.
        Leave moderation to the moderator. If you have a complaint about
    a message, please netmail me.
2. The purpose of the echo is to provide a forum for discussion, questions
        and answers in the subject of the Internet. All aspects of this 
        are allowed, be it from HTTP / Java programming to "How do I 
        write an email". All levels of ability are catered for, for
        all operating systems.
3. Advertising is generally NOT allowed. If you have an internet-related
        topic or program to advertise, please contact me first. No
    commercial advertising allowed.
4. No swearing or flaming in the echo. Differences in opinion should be 
        settled _politely_, while respecting the other person's viewpoint.
        Since this is a backboned Fidonet echo, we have to be aware that
        it can be read by anyone. Personal attacks are banned.
5. Hi-Ascii is allowed, if used SPARINGLY! Lo-ascii is not allowed, since
        it can and will interfere with some mail software. 
6. For ease of comprehension, it is recommended your messages have < 80
        characters per line, and you keep quoting to the barest minimum.
7. Extended sigs are disallowed. No more than 4 lines, as in line with
        most other Fido echo's. Real names must be used.
8. Typical warning rules apply. Two official warnings then a feed cut.
        I do reserve the right to an instant ban if I feel it is deserved,
        and in special cases I may only give one warning before a feed-cut.
        Sorry if this sounds a little woolly.
9. No spamming! If you spam, you will only get one warning before your
        feed is cut!
10. This echo is NOT a gateway for emails to and from the Internet. They
    won't work, anyway.
11. UUencodes, mimes or other encrypted files aren't to be posted without
    prior agreement from the moderator. The echo is not to be used for
        illegal purposes.
12. Enjoy yourself, and enjoy the echo! Echomail is supposed to be fun!
