How? "SEEN-BY:"s have been stripped. Paths normally remain -- at least they 
do on messages from Z1 to Z3 (see below)... If you mean this echo doesn't 
pass through the normal zone gate, there isn't one for Z1Z3 at least for 
most echos. Z3 doesn't have a backbone. You will notice below that my feed is 
via 3:640/201 (as it is for most Z1 echos).

BTW what are local laws on do pyro stuff. It is illegal here in Queensland 
(unless you have an explosives permit with display or theatrical pyrotechnics 
ratification). Not too hard to get, but not common.
I think New South Wales (where Bernard comes from) still allows individuals 
to obtain a one off permit to set of a few small crackers etc in their back 
yard, or perhaps even for a Fete or other public activity...
