That's amazing, my water and power runs about $400 every two months, can go
to $450 if it's very cold and I'm home a lot.  Well... waitaminnit, let's
see how much of that is the electricity:
$306.14 for 2945 KWH

That's still about twice as much as you and Finland is definitely colder
than Southern California!
