yup but it may be possible for other tools to be used... the main thing is
.BAG files for GIGO to find and process... the nice thing about the SMTP
engine in the GIGOSMTP setup is that it looks in the GIGO config files and
can bounce email to users that don't exist rather than accepting it and
having GIGO bounce it later...
