Well, as I've been known to say on the few occasions this sort of
thing occurs on, when I'm wrong it happens so seldom I have no
problem being magnanimous about it.   And of course the old man's
main point _was_ in fact correct (as always ) -- that Kate &
Mark hadn't tied the knot.  Same as with the bit about the 1701
supposedly being named for the shuttle -- everybody with .25 of a
lick of sense knows it's not the case.
